My Sole elliptical trainer began making internal noises two weeks ago. I contacted Fitness Repair Tech LLC after reading their excellent reviews. The reveiws were accurate. I had the pleasure of meeting Mikhail, the service technician. I was pleased that FRT could schedule a visit so quickly during their busiest season. Mikhail diagnosed the problem and contacted Sole to be sure Sole would cover the brokem part under warranty. Sole covered the part at no cost. I received the part on a Friday afternoon and contacted Mikhail. He arrived on Monday and our elliptical was back in business! I was so impressed with Mikhail's promptness and courtesy. He understands when your elliptical is down, your world is disrupted. He provided outstanding service to soothe my world.

I would recommend Fitness Repair Tech LLC, and especially, Mikhail to anyone needing repair of their equipment.

Mikhail is very kind and professional and he provided us with great customer service! The glide belt on our Nordictrack Elliptical went bad, and once we received the parts from Nordictrack, he came out to replace the belt for us. We still had some issues with it gliding comfortably and evenly, but once he was aware of this, he followed up to come back and take another look at the machine. The timing worked out to where he was able to come back the same day he called regarding the issue. He made the necessary adjustments for us and it works perfectly! I would definitely hire him again for any issues we might have with our elliptical moving forward!
